Be Careful What You Wish For

Sometimes I watch over boys that think they can sneak things by me – silly boys. Case in point: I was watching over one particular boy who would go next door to play. The boy there had a baby sister that was still in diapers, and when ever my charge would come back, he would scurry quickly by me and head directly to his room. He thought he was being so sneaky, that I wouldn’t notice what he was smuggling in under his jacket, but I knew! (the undeniable smell was a dead give away, hehe). Seems he enjoyed playing with the little girl’s used and messy diapers, so when I confronted him, I was quite sweet about the whole thing – right up to the point where I put him in one of those messy diapers…telling him that he was going to be in it for a full 24 hours AND use it as well! You should have seen his face! And when he tried to protest, I simply told him that maybe next time you will learn that you can’t slip anything by this Nanny, and you should be careful what you wish for – you just might get it! Bedtime Ritual

  I love bedtime rituals – here is one of my favorites:   After a warm, soothing bath, I dry you with a towel still warm from the dryer, and powder you all up.  I slip you into fresh jammies, a clean diaper, and carry you to bed.  There, waiting for you, is your favorite blanky and teddy bear.   You snuggle down into the sheets, teddy in hand, as I tuck you safely into bed.  A bedtime story of your choosing is next, as your eyes grow heavy, and start to close.  After the happily ever after, I kiss you on the forehead, turn out the regular light as I turn on your night light, and whisper “ni’ nite baby, I love you, sweet dreams”, thus ending the bedtime ritual. I Have Just What You Need

Poor little peepee pants Sammy. What am I going to do with him? He tells me these hilarious stories about being a man, and about being a big boy who is too big for diapers. That’s not what the wet spots on his jeans say though. Those wet spots to me say I need a diaper, someone please diaper me. If you saw pee pee pants Sammy walking around wet as rain what would you do? He thinks I’m a meanie for saying maybe I should put him in diapers. Nap Time
