One might say he was a little too big for his britches… One Friday after school, Adam took his girlfriend Maddy for a drive so they could “talk.” What he really meant was that he was breaking up with her so he could have as much fun as possible the summer before college. Besides, she couldn’t have expected him to stay loyal to her when he was away at school, right? Maddy was furious. She screamed at him and cried angry tears, enraged that he had used her and lied to her and was leaving her so he could spend the summer fooling around? She jumped out of the car and slammed the door. He didn’t try and stop her.
